Below are the opinions issued by UNAR regarding working matters:

The Hospital of Padua publishes a notice for the fixed-term coverage of 1 position of Medical Director for which, among others, the requirement of “Italian citizenship” is mandatory”. The opinion of UNAR is that the notices are discriminatory as they are notices for jobs not involving the exercise of a public function or of national interest.

Through the institutional website of the Veneto Oncological Institute (public law body) UNAR learns of a series of notices published for the selection and recruitment of personnel to be assigned to various tasks (managers, university collaborators, scholarship holders, etc.) and for which the requirement of Italian citizenship or one of the EU member states is required. The opinion of UNAR is that the notices have a discriminatory value because they are jobs that do not involve the exercise of a public function or of national interest.

The University of Padua in the public notices on the subject of competitions and recruitment of personnel demands as a mandatory requirement for admission the Italian or EU Member States citizenship. The opinion of UNAR highlights the discriminatory value of the notices as notices for jobs not involving the exercise of a public function or of national interest.
