Access the Solidarity Fund for Protection Against Discrimination
To promote social integration and fight against discrimination of any kind, the Solidarity Fund for the judicial protection of victims of discrimination was founded, established by the Department of Equal Opportunities of the Council Presidency and managed in collaboration by the National Council of Forensics and the Office National Racial Anti-Discrimination Department of the same Department.
The Fund allows victims of discrimination to access judicial protection thanks to the anticipation of legal fees, which will be returned, through a rotation mechanism, in the event of a favorable ruling. The applications, which may also be submitted by the associations holding the legitimation of the trial (no more than three during the year), must be forwarded to the National Forensic Council.
